In the past six months, I have developed one of the highest-level recruitment software within Women’s football. This software covers seven leagues and over four hundred thousand data points that are calculated through multiple algorithms. These calculations are designed to clarify the data into understandable and objective opinions on player quality. This allows coaches to gain an understanding of future players and lets them make more informed decisions on recruitment to ensure they spend the money on what they are fully searching for.
